Stemma in vico Tessitori, Napoli.

Mi sono imbattuto in questo stemma nel vico Tessitori, quartiere Stella. Sembrerebbe proprio lo stemma dei baroni Zezza (visibile anche in un altro palazzo, in parte ancora loro, in Salita San Raffale).

The property Vico Tessitori 35 was owned by the architect Vincenzo de Martino in the first half of the 19th century, and at one time was called Palazzo Genestous.

Thanks for the information, but i want to know about the arms on the portal. It seems to be the arms of Zezza family, baroni of Zapponeta. A family that became rich thanks to the trading of cheeses in Apulia region during the first half of XVIII century.

Yes, in this old almanacco is signed that Vincenzo De Martino lived in 1845 in vico Tessitori n.35...

... but the portal of the palace with the arms on the keystone was surely realized during the second half of the XVIII century, maybe by Zezza family. In 1771, after decades of enrichment thanks to the trading of pecorino, Michele Zezza acquired the title of barone of Zapponeta (in Apulia region). And i can conjecture that the new noble family in the same years moved on the capital city of the kingdom, Naples, acquiring a palace for expressing the social and economic status reached and living near the royal court.
