«Her Majesty The Queen granted by her Warrant dated 1 April 2011, that such styles and courtesy titles as are proper to the younger children of Peers, shall be accorded to the children of Peers who are the subject of Parental Orders within the meaning of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990 or the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008, and the children of Peers who are born as a result of assisted reproduction techniques with donated gametes or embryos under the terms of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990 as amended by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008, notwithstanding that no right of succession to any dignity or title of honour nor any precedence is thereby conferred upon them.
