Famiglia Longo, Foggia

Dear sirs,

My great-grandfather was Caetano or Gaetano Longo, (died '13 to 14 December 1896' according to a note in the back of a photograph) - my grandfather's birth certificate states that my great-grandfather was a 'propietario'. He was also a doctor in Medicine (a Homeopath) - one of my brothers told me that he was a doctor to the House of Savoy - and a great Latinist,. My great-grandmother was Sara Rao or Raho. Their home address was via Margherita 32 or 37, Foggia. There seem to be a lot of trips to Torino as many of their photographs are taken there. A witness of the birth certificate was a D'Amicis. They had 2 or 3 boys and 3 girls and then moved to Napoli where my grandfather - Adolfo Vittorio Emanuele Longo, (born 1863) studied Law at the Universiy of Naples and was a magistrate. He attended the same school (military lyceum?) as Umberto di Savoia; I am not sure about this last information but there were some telegrams from HRH Umberto at home, they were acquainted somehow. One of his sisters (Elena, María and .?..) married into the Cocciola family (there was a general Cocciola). Another married into the Arbitrio family. His brother was also an army officer. My grandfather later came to Buenos Aires in a fencing tournament - he was a founding? member of the Academia Nazionale de Spada e Sciabola in Napoli. He stayed here and married my grandmother. He had an uncle who was a priest, I don't know on what side of the family.
I think they must have been at least upper-middle-class, but, as my grandfather died in 1939, when I was 2 months old, I know very little about that side of the family. All the above took place before 1900.
I would be very grateful if you could tell me something about my roots.
Somebody must know something about this family!
